bumped into a flasher today while i made my way to yishun to meet up wif cas.
i dunno was he trying to pee or wad.
all i know is tat he's standing at the end of the covered walk-way showing his "little brother".
maybe he wanted his "little brother" to do some sight-seeing.

it was ard 2 plus.
there was onli mi walking past him.

i made a 180 degrees head turn to look away from him.
